“Bart Verbruggen will keep goal this week.
I think that’s logical on the basis of the last two matches that we played,” Koeman told a press conference on Tuesday.
Verbruggen won his first caps in the 2-1 home loss to France and 1-0 victory in Greece in Euro 2024 qualifying last month.
“He has developed nicely at his young age,” Koeman said of the 21-year-old Verbruggen.
Since Koeman took over this year, he has used Jasper Cillessen, who is now out of favour, Bijlow, Flekken and Verbruggen.
